Welcome to our Harlem loft. Featuring 10-foot ceilings, this space is completely gutted and flexible to whatever your needs. The wiring shown in the photos can be left as is or coiled up and tucked away for a truly vacant space. TRANSPORTATION: Three blocks away from Subway Line 1; 5 blocks from Express A, B, C, D; you are 20 Minutes away from Midtown! Buses & cabs abound.

- All occupants must be announced in advance
- No smoking
- All structural modifications must be approved prior to completion of booking. If you'd like a tour prior to booking, just let us know!
- No wifi provided. We recommend bringing your own hot spot, but can coordinate this for you if needed.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
