About the Space
-Photoshoots -Film Shoots Hello Welcome to my home studio oasis surrounded by greenery, vast views, good vibes, unique outdoor vignettes and gorgeous light everywhere. We sit on over a super special acre of land up in the hills in Mount Washington on a little compound looking over the city and mountains. We have many private areas, multiple decks, and lots of great places to shoot. I'm a boudoir photographer so everything is clean, soft and sexy :-) The studio loft with beautiful natural light all day long. We have SE light in the am and west light in the other big windows till sunset. Amenities include: - Dedicated hair & makeup station with vanity lights - TV - Private Parking - bathroom - Wardrobe rack - Steamer - Air conditioning & heat - Outdoor with shade shooting options - Outdoor with field shooting options - Beautiful deck and views -Conveniently located near all major LA freeways *Big patio with roses and tub is an addition fee

Health and Safety Measures

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors

It was a small, cozy little area and I did most of my work on this cute bed that was displayed. Host was very nice. I had some trouble finding the place but Marisa came out to escort me to the premises. Nice location too!
