All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
Sarah was a great host as always, very helpful and is quick to reply to emails/requests. The only issue my colleagues had today was that 2 computers were not working, so they had to spend some time getting another computer, which set back their presentation by 20 minutes. it was not a big deal, a minor inconvenience, but for the future, we would suggest that the host makes sure everything is in a working condition prior to reservation start. Other than that, this is our 3rd time working with Peerspace and this specific location. We look forward to our next event there ( we do these twice a year).

No, I would not book again.
I wasn't on site but there were issues with the space. Someone was in our room so we had to use a room next to it. Coffee and donuts were supposed to be provided but there was some miscommunication with the girl that is normally there but she was out at the time of our event. Not sure if the need arises that we will use this space again. Just depends on the requesting manager.
