All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Measuring approximately 64’x37′ and featuring more than 90′ of floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of North Dallas, this very large presentation space is ideally suited for events with 100 or more participants. In a seminar configuration (without tables), the room can accommodate approximately 180 guests. In a training configuration (with tables), the room can accommodate up to 100 guests.
