All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our farm is beautifully situated right outside the city and moments from the Atlanta Airport. Encompassed with lodging areas, horse stables, chicken pens, enclosed fields, many farm animals, a lake and farm equipment; this is the ultimate filming farm.

General Rules

We have pretty flexible space and based on your production, we can okay certain needs based on you. We do not allow smoking in the building and any alterations to the building, such as, painting or putting things on the wall, must be approved. The following requirements are needed prior to utilizing facilities on day of: Fully executed contract by all parties Guests must provide additional insurance specifically -Certificate of Liability insurance listing our business name as Certificate Holder: – list address of the property under contract and valid permits for all vendors No smoking No pets allowed All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing Furniture must be moved back to where you found it Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking Facility must be secured upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
