Our 1500 sq ft space is centrally located in the Mission/Casto neighborhood of San Francisco. We have hosted dozens of events, from wedding rehearsals to receptions, birthday parties to baby showers, from a media dinner for Jouer Cosmetics to an Instagram corporate gathering to national commercials for brands such as Visa, Uber and Jockey. It is one of the most beautiful café spaces in the city, with seating for 50 or standing room for 100 with rented cocktail tables and chairs. Our entire space is available for larger groups and catered affairs from 4 pm until 11 pm daily. Party set up can begin at 3 pm. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation, unless basement storage has been contracts prior to the event. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals and debris you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. The space may be delivered empty or with our shop tables and chairs if leased in advance. Chairs and tables for 30 available for additional rental fee. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Caterers must communicate all needs and requirements with us one week prior to the event. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
