Best for Commercial or photo shoot. Home on the AIA home tour and recently remodeled and addition. Lots of trees and wooded area around the pool. Floor to ceiling glass. Stunning master bath , bedroom and kitchen. Screened in porch. Great lighting and architectural details. I also offer staging services and decor rental.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Yes, I would book again.

Lots of space / variety of options for shoot setups - looks great in pictures, and is a quiet location (great for interviews etc.) The host (Melanie) was super responsive, friendly, and helpful (both leading up to the booking, and on the day).
