Welcome to our unconventional kind of reserve weaving both traditional American barn-house and an oriental aesthetic influence into every aspect of its design. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Amazing place and host. Catherine was very responsive and organized, which is important in event planning if something pops up last minute. There is great hill view outside as well.

Catherine is responsive. The space is large and functional. The only thing is Wifi not quite working. But the location is good as we rented the house next door for entertainment and this space for corporate meeting.

Great communication with the host from the beginning to the end. This was my first time booking my event through PeerSpace and the host was patient and helpful in explaining the process. The space was available one hour before the event to help us set things up. The space was clean and it was exactly as advertised. All the guest loved the space. This is ideal for both weddings and family gatherings like birthdays. Will recommend this space to everyone.

Yes, I would book again.

The hostess was very communicative and answered all our questions before the event. We booked both the venues on the day of our birthday party therefore this particular venue wasn't utilized as much as the first. It's a quaint space. Highly recommend!
