Available 7-days a week | 6AM-12PM Welcome to our sunny and spacious downtown storefront live-work loft located in the heart of DTLA. In this space, you'll find a 1,200 sqft bi-level ground floor live work loft that offers a clean, well lit modern aesthetic. Laid out in a live-work loft style, there is an upstairs and downstairs area that is separated by a spiral staircase and closable door if needed, with access to full-size kitchen and refrigerator. Storefront entry available downstairs, great for hosting events. Large bathroom well stocked and able to handle a large crowd. DOWNSTAIRS Enjoy immense natural light, an expansive living room with 50" ROKU TV entertainment center, glass whiteboard and large table, second seating area, large bathroom area, wood floors, concrete industrial ceilings, vast 11' windows that face East, and 13' ceilings. Our white 3 Dimension Accent Wall is a great feature for making any event feel quality and thought through. The unit also includes a storefront double door entrance that opens up to the main street perfect for loading and unloading production equipment or party decor. UPSTAIRS There is additionally a spacious apartment located above the ground floor via a spiral staircase. Fairly lit you will find rich dark wood white and black eclectic full-size kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Great to prepare food in or have access to store or heat food. PARKING-- Parking is plentiful! We recommend parking in the joes' parking lot across the street to the left of our building. There is also an underground structure (available 24/7) attached to our building, which is a flat $12 rate. If you need to unload large or heavy equipment, you can simply pull up front to our entry doors located on the main street and unload, we will be happy to guide you. SCOUTING -- We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME -- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals. NOISE -- We no problem with noise. Dj's, speakers and live music are welcome. CLEANING -- Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES/ PORNOGRAPHIC CONTENT -- The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. We also do not tolerate pornographic content.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. The host Brianna was super helpful and let us come check out the place the day before so we could see how we would set it up. She was able to suggest a few ways as well to re-organize the space for our fashion pop up event. The space is definitely as described and the kitchen area was very well stocked in terms of utensils and the AC was super strong too. You can tell Brianna took the time to make the layout of the space very effective for a variety of events.

This location worked out quite well for our photoshoot. We were able to create a few different scenarios with the space. We had all the amenities needed and the upstairs provided a good makeup/client area. I would work here again with a smaller crew (we had 9 people). Our shoot required us to strike all the furniture and build up a new set, so it was a challenge to fit everything in, but we made it work. It's also worth noting that the white wall with the three dimensional tile has a white board that cannot be removed. The 3D tile also isn't behind the whiteboard. so it isn't an option to get a fully tiled wall without photoshopping it together.
