POLICIES & AGREEMENTS This is a non-smoking facility Cancellation, Refund & Payment policies are per Peerspace terms & conditions. Renter will meet the Studio representative at the studio location at the appointed time. Renter understands that the representative will not wait longer than 15 minutes past your reserved time; if you are past this time your appointment and fee will be forfeited. Set-up/take down time takes place during your rental time. Renter will be ready to leave the studio promptly at the end of the rental period, and understands that the Studio representative will be there to meet them and lock up, so this time cannot be changed within 24 hours of the appointment. If Renter exceeds rental time by more than 10 minutes, an additional hour will be charged, payable immediately. The closing checklist for cleaning must be complete before departing, and must be done within your allotted rental time. If the studio is not satisfactorily returned to the state it was prior to the rental period, an $80 cleaning fee will be assessed. All renters agree to NOT sublet their time to another person. The space is rented to approved individuals only. All renters agree to stay in the Studio at all times and not leave their clients or equipment alone for any reason. Renter shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons/clients accompanying renter while on company’s premises. If the Studio observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, pornographic, illegal or negligent practices or activities, the Studio reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require Renter and Renter’s party to leave immediately. In such case no refund will be given for unused time. Renter agrees to not disturb other tenants in the building. All renters agree to respect each other’s business and clients. The studio cannot be used for anything that is illegal . Renter and their clients must refrain from smoking inside the studio, the building, or outside near the building or in the parking lot. All renters must take care to not damage any of the studio equipment, furniture, props, backdrops, etc. If damaged, renters agree to pay for the damage and reimburse the studio for full retail value within 7 days. Peerspace Dispute Resolution will handle damage procedure. Renter agrees to NOT use tape or tacks on the studio walls so as not to peel the paint. No use of the oven or stove is permitted without prior consent. No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative. The Studio agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no special guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability to Renter’s purposes. The Studio will assume no liability for any equipment brought in or left by the Renter. All items brought to the premises by the Renter are to be removed by Renter. Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded or kept by the Studio, with no compensation due the renter.
