Our event space, art gallery and artist co-working space is located in the Castleberry Hills area of Downtown Atlanta. Formerly an abandoned bank, the building has been restored, while keeping an industrial feel with exposed brick and rusty pillars. The building can be rented out entirely or by sections. MAIN EVENT SPACE The main floor includes the main event space and the main art gallery space. The main event space is about 1500 sq ft and includes a bar area, lounge space and small stage. The walls are lined with bookshelves and antique pieces, as well as art and memorabilia. Sound system and mic are included. Bar area has full bar setup with shelving, and running water at the sink. Capacity: 75 MAIN ART GALLERY The main art gallery is an open space located just behind the wall of the main venue space. There is a "secret door" leading from the stage to the gallery, as well as another door on the far left near the bookshelves. The gallery is approx 500 sq feet and is painted flat white with floating walls for art mounting. The unisex restroom is located in the hallway towards the back of the art gallery space. Capacity: 25 MAIN FLOOR BACK SPACE This space is more like a hallway, but can be used as a holding space for catered events or as a green room. It can also be a space for additional vendors. Capacity: 10 SECOND FLOOR The second floor is made up of a small gallery space, a foyer and the artist co-working space and lounge. The artist co-working space has 6 booths and 1 lounge area, along with a main area that can be used for entertaining or vending. No smoking. Pets allowed, but must be trained. Renter will be charged for any damage done by pets. Outside food and drink okay. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
