All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This Eclectic Offsite & Meeting Location with Bar & Games has over 1600 square feet of industrial cozy space, complete with plenty of seating, pinball, board games, and dart boards, three TV's and a smart projector/large screen. Furniture can be moved for an open space, great for yoga or other activities.There is a patio with seating as well. Less than half-a-mile from 12th Street BART, a few blocks from the SF Ferry with plenty of parking garages and on-street parking available.

Dana's space is perfect for anyone wanting a very cool, off the beaten path place to host groups to think about innovation. She was extremely helpful in all aspects of our event, even things that did not have anything to do with the venue (helping us with parking tips, restaurant tips, etc.).
