Urban Oasis – Incredible Rooftop Deck in Irvine

I really liked the venue and it worked out well for our prom, but not having a person on site to walk me through all of the details of parking, codes, equipment, and having people who lived there come up to bbq in the middle of the event was awkward. I would only rent this venue again if I had a person to work with. I also would have liked the heaters to have worked and the equipment for the ping pong table since that is what we thought we were getting when we rented the space.

The space was exactly as described and looks as it does in the photos. Enough space for 50 of us to comfortable move around. Communication and instructions were clear from the beginning, would definitely recommend.

The space was very nice overall. The only issues we had is that the long propane fireplace and two of the stand up propane heaters did not work.

This rooftop offers so much space and is wonderful for any type of occasion. We used it for our pre- wedding event and it was the perfect facility to hold a celebration/gathering. The facilities it offers is brilliant from grills to TV’s and the tables/chairs were more then adequate. We brought our own speaker at the rooftop and played at a reasonable level with lots of space for dancing. I would certainly recommend this place for any type of event and will always consider this space for any future events. We also had a couple of vendors we used for food and also decor (flower wall) and everything went smooth. Our guests loved it! There was concerns with the guest arrival however as long as you have a couple of people that know what there doing prior to guest arrival and ensure guests arrive on time then it will be no issue.

We had our daughters graduation party here and this venue was perfect for our event. We had around 75 people come and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Everyone had a place to sit our hang out at. I had to admit I was little nervous after reading other’s reviews of the space but everything went flawlessly. The lights, heat lamps, and the gate to let our guest in all worked perfectly. The only complaint I had was the front desk. There’s no one really there and it’s hard to get a hold of someone when you get arrive. Courtney was also amazing, she always responded right away with any questions I had. Thanks again for letting us have our event here and can’t wait for the next one.

This was my first time using Peerspace and I was worried about many things but Courtney and the staff at the Roof Top Sky Deck was able to answer every question I had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place their next event.

I rented out this venue for my wedding reception seeing as how it was an easy location to get to and ample space for our guests. We ran into so many snags along the way I strongly suggest looking else where. (1)- No lights, we got a call an hour before the event saying a few of the string lights would be out but it turned out to be all of them including the security lights so by sundown it was pitch black. (2)- Im sure part of problem 1 but there was no electricity in the kitchen area so none of the fridges worked or outlets. (3)-The gate code never worked properly and part way through the event the property just left the gate open. (4)- Random residents would walk through the event and some even started helping themselves to our food. (5)- Not a single heater had gas so all of them where useless. (6)- Things to be aware of --All of the furniture you see in the photos is different and were replaced changing the amount of seats, you are unable to access their music system so bring your own speaker system, also unable to connect hdmi or bluetooth to any tvs. The games were missing the tools to play them even after I confirmed they would be provided. And lastly just terrible communication from both the property and the peerspace rep.

The venue was a total disappointment because all the gas heaters were all out of gas. I communicated ahead of time to make certain that everything is in order and clean. When I checked in, the staff was not even aware that we purchased additional 2 hours to decorate and set up. PeerSpace Representative failed us big time. Lots of guests were cold and most left early. We spent lots of money for the event and The Residence at Jamboree also failed to respond to our repeated request for heat. We expect a refund for this debacle on both the venue and PeerSpace. To date, nobody has gotten back to us. Please respond.
