Our beautiful roof top sky deck is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. A partial kitchen and multiple grills makes this space ideal for events that utilize catering, or ones with a grill master. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with outdoor couches, chairs, and tables Partial kitchen includes - sink, large island and bar stools, and refrigerator Dining table with seating Decorative accent lighting Fully private space Gas grills Pool Table Ping Pong table Fire pits Multiple TV's We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Some parking is available at the community, but we do recommend ride sharing. Ask us for any additional information you might need. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Hosted Baby shower here, let me start by saying the space is identical to pictures. Amazing views lots of seating and great amenities! We had about 70 people, and everyone had a place to sit eat and hangout. Courtney was very helpful and professional. The weather was potentially rainy and or cold... so she ordered heat lamps without me even asking, which all my guest appreciated and added extra decor to an already beautiful space. Upon arrival the girls at the front lobby were nothing but helpful, also the grounds keeper was there to show me how to turn on fire pit and refrigerator etc ... gave me extra trash bags. I have absolutely 0 complaints and would def recommend hosting your event here. I will probably host another event here myself!

My husband and I had our wedding here. Beautiful space especially with the lights strung above at night! Easy to transform into our desert chic vibe by bringing in pillows and throw blankets for the couches, picture frames, table clothes, vases with fresh cut flowers/pampas grass and macramé to string up from the kitchen overhang. Plenty of room for everyone to move around even after renting three round 8 person tables with 30 extra chairs (we had 68 people in the space). We had a DJ and there was enough room for him to set up and still space for a dance floor. Thankfully the weather was perfect because it can get hot and windy up there. However, they booked us both of their venue spaces no extra charge in case the weather was bad (if it was, we could have moved into their modern indoor lounge). Lots of room for guests to park on the 6th floor, 100 spots. There was an issue the day of our event with whether the apartment complex would leave their gate open for guests to arrive or not. They said upon booking that it would be open and later changed their minds and said that wasn’t allowed. Their preset gate code they gave us which was on our wedding invites wasn’t working, and they wanted to connect my phone # so people could call me to get buzzed in. That would have been a huge hassle and a lot of extra work for myself, the bride (or for my coordinator who said we could use her #). So many of my guests would have had to call my coordinator to get in which meant I would have had to let everyone know on my wedding day her name and how the gate worked. That was very frustrating. Somehow the gate was open for our guests, so it worked out but I’m not sure if it was by their choice or if it was because the gate was broken. Courtney was incredible to work with. She’s kind, fast at communicating and gets questions answered very quickly. She bends over backwards to help you feel helped and cared for. The office staff let me come in to see the venue as much as I needed to prior with my caterer, coordinator, photographer, etc. This really helped me with planning and preparing. Great office and peerspace staff to work with. Everyone was super nice and extremely accommodating.

Great outdoor venue! Held a pre-wedding event for 75 people and every guest raved about the place. Comfortable seating, great lighting, lots of counter space for food and loved the ability to listen to the music and sit by the fire. Barbeques are huge and served as a great way to keep catered food warm Only warning to other users is that it is an outdoor venue and does get dirty and dusty - bring your own windex, surface cleaners and paper towel to wipe everything down before the event. Would most definitely consider booking again for future events!

Space was great and communication leading up to the event was quick and helpful. On the day of the event though, the gate code didn't work and the office at the venue (not Peerspace) told me it had been changed which was very inconvenient as I had to communicate that to guests with about 30 minutes before arrival and the code would call my phone and I had to press *9 to let every person in through the parking gate, for over 50 guests. I had no communication from Peerspace about this and no responses from them on the day of the event.

The space was absolutely beautiful, lots of room and seating and requires very little to no party decorations. We booked this venue for my dad's surprise 60th bday party and it was such a hit with the guests! The pool table and ping pong table were a great way to keep the kiddos busy and we brought our own game of giant jenga which was also super fun to play up there. The biggest downside however was that we were told at time of booking that the gates were going to be kept open for our guests to get into the parking structure and worst case they could use a four digit code to get in otherwise. HOWEVER, the day before the event I wanted to see the venue again so I planned a visit to prepare and was told on that visit that the code was going to be different and that when guests enter the code I would have to buzz them in from my phone. This was SUPER FRUSTRATING! The whole first hour of the party I was constantly getting called by my confused guests who were wondering how to get in. And it was even more annoying because I found out about this the day before and only because I just so happened to want to see the venue again. I wasn't contacted by the host about this change. That aside it was a beautiful space and the host was very responsive and informative (apart from the code change). Honestly I probably wouldn't book again solely because it was very difficult for our guests to get up there and it was pretty expensive.

I hosted my graduation party here last Saturday and all my guests had a wonderful time! The pool table and ping pong table were great to have for those who aren’t into dancing. The only frustrating part was parking. I was told the gate would be open for our guests but unfortunately my guests had to wait for residents to get in. I was given a code but it didn’t work. I texted the number they gave me but I didn’t get a response until I was checking out. Another problem was the refrigerator didn’t work. Overall, the good outweighed the bad. This space made a special night very memorable!
