Tables and chairs, wifi, bathrooms, elevator, and ADA accessible ramp available. The space consists of an inside portion and a big balcony. The space holds a maximum of 50 people. Max capacity 75 standing or about 50 seated depending on setup. NO LOUD EVENTS. Great location for filming, small gatherings, perfomance, pop up shop, dinner party, motivational speakers, class setups, workshops, seminars and other types of motivational meetings! ADDITIONAL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: -Cleaning fee starting at $100 -Additional insurance via our EventHelper link -Security/Damage deposit for $500 or 50% of the booking total, whichever is greater, no exceptions Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday - Friday 5pm-12am, Saturday and Sundays 7am-9pm. Booking minimum of 4 hours. Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or 1.5x overtime fees will apply in 30 minute increments. There is no free overtime. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
