All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This large open industrial style loft space is a unique find in Chicago! Overlooking Lake Michigan, the huge floor to ceiling windows provide stunning views of the water, plenty of natural light, and a calm and serene atmosphere It is a perfect space for secret proposals, intimate weddings, conferences and meetings, dinner parties or a celebration! Perfect setup for photography or video shoots as well. Enjoy this air-conditioned/heated space with 20 ft ceilings and floor to ceiling wall of windows with southern exposure. The space can easily accommodate up-to 20 people Available for rent on an hourly or full day basis. Rental includes loft area, wi-fi, bathroom and plenty of street parking. Super accessible and convenient! Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

I planned a anniversary dinner at Jasmine's amazing loft and it was perfect. The loft has a amazing view and Jasmine was very helpful with ideas about how to make the night special. She also was able to cook an amazing dinner for me and my girlfriend. Overall, the place was amazing and the night turned out exactly how I pictured it thanks to Jasmine.

Yes, I would book again.

I was planning a proposal event at this loft. Jasmine and I had communicated multiple times about the logistical details about the loft and the event. She's amazing at trying to provide for your needs or any concerns. She made sure to provide all the answers that you asked for. She wasn't there for the event, but made sure there was an attendant to help us into the loft and assist us that day. Her loft is amazing with an astounding view and perfect for any event. The place has street parking, and the loft has a code for enter in.
