A beautiful three story log home made from a Cedar A kit, built on 1976. There are two long paved driveways, a large lot, and is set on a great private location with a valley of trees. The property includes three acres of natural landscape, a small farm of goats/sheep, and an unobstructed, glorious view of Mount Hood. There are multiple breathtaking views and scenic backgrounds making this an excellent location for photo shoots and film productions! The home has three bedrooms, one on each floor, and four bathrooms. Two large decks wrap around the bottom two floors, with patio furniture, an outdoor refrigerator, a hot tub, and stairs to access the ground and other deck. The home has wall-to-wall carpet, a loft office, plus a super cute child-sized bathroom. You will find fitness amenities, such as a treadmill, a sauna, a massage chair and a lovely stash is VHS work out tapes. The home is 20 miles from downtown Portland, has very congenial neighbors, and a beautiful waterfall/pond feature big enough to float in.

Beautiful location! The waterfall is gorgeous! Bigger than what I initially thought. It made a great background for photos. Elizabeth was a lovely, thoughtful, accommodating host. She wanted to make sure I had what I needed for my photography meet-up. We appreciated the cooler full of water and the treats for her goats so we could get the goats near the models for photos too! We had an indoor space so the models could change outfits and chairs for the photographers to sit and put their gear on. The tire swing was a cute fun scene, the beautiful array of flowers and well kept back yard made so many beautiful backgrounds for portraits. I didn’t get to interact much with Elizabeth because I was the host for the photoshoot but from what I could tell, left us to do our creative thing! We had about 15 guests and we all loved it. I’m so glad it turned out better than expected! Highly recommend for photographers!
