All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Roughly 900sq ft of bright open studio space located in Glassell Park. Very modern aesthetic with beautiful polished concrete floors throughout, white walls, 15ft ceilings with 2 remote control skylights, acoustic panels, heating/AC, large roll up door for easy load in. You can black out the studio by closing the lights or flood it with warm natural light by opening the lift gate. Ample parking and conveniently located off Highway 2.

General Rules
No access to upstairs office.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
No excessively loud music.
Please be respectful of other tenants in the building.
Do not park in alley behind building.
All garbage bins must be emptied at the end of the day.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Amazing !!! The place itself was perfect for my event ! But what made it even more amazing was our host Sonia . very kind and helpful from the beginning till the end of the night. just a heads up: the parking is very limited , but plenty of street parking .
