Our second floor, open and airy meeting space / workshop venue is a perfect for staff retreats, group meetings, workshops and classes. We're in a recently remodeled, boutique construction company office just off the freeway, and have setups for both conference room / meeting space and backjacks on the floor for a more meditation / workshop / boho-styled space. We can also clear the furniture out of the space for yoga or standing events. We are only a couple blocks away from the Whole Foods on Gilman, Philz, and other restaurants and eateries for breaks and catering opportunities. The meeting room has high, loft ceilings, and large west-facing windows. It comfortably sits 10 people around the large conference table, but up to 25 can can easily fit into the space with additional chairs, and up to 35 standing. There are two breakout spaces: one is a large, window-filled office with a desk, chairs, and Italian Leather Couch, decorated with beautiful paintings of the mountains of the Pacific Rim. The second is a small space with a desk, chair, loveseat and armchair; it's good for intimate conversations, therapy, and coaching. All of our furnishings are top of the line and feature details like Italian Leather, wool, and jute; many come from top retailers such as Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, etc. There is a parking lot next to the building, and plenty of street parking, as well. The space includes the following amenities: -- Use of high-speed internet -- Laser Printer -- Kitchen with microwave, small fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, filtered water, tea and coffee. -- A video projector-- we do large scale projection onto a wall. -- A large bathroom downstairs (that is shared with our office staff during weekdays). Available most days from 8am-9pm. Our weekday rate (until 4pm) is $45 an hour, and our evening and weekend rate is $75 an hour. 2 hr. minimum rental.

I used this space to host a weekend workshop. Its great! The space is open and airy, good lighting. the table can be moved out of the center of the room, really opening up the space. I will absolutely book this space again!

I enjoyed the space itself. It is beautiful, clean, and private. The chairs were comfortable, and the kitchen comes with everything you need. The owners and staff were wonderful and responsive, and the flexibility of timing and parking were great (my participants were most grateful for the free, readily available parking). I have a couple recommendations for improvements. Because you're right near the train tracks, there are loud train sounds coming by semi-frequently throughout the day, so it would be great to have some type of sound muter. I don't know if that's possible though. I would perhaps also note to folks that the space is upstairs without accessibility for those with disabilities. This would be important to know for anyone whose access would be limited by stairs only. Otherwise, it is a nice, big, affordable room to hold meetings.
