Welcome to a facility unlike any other, where Texas-style meets southern hospitality in this warm co-working atmosphere. This listing is for private use of our large conference room. This space is equipped with a large HD TV (wireless or HDMI), WIFI, a conference phone, whiteboard, and can seat 10 people comfortably. The booking is only for the conference room, but you will have shared access to the rest of the facility. A staff member will be on-site during your stay. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space is a quaint gem tucked away. The facility is even better than we expected. I booked the large conference room to hold an end of the year meeting with my business partners. It’s clean and while there were other people, it was exceptionally quiet. Jay was there to great me when I arrived and gave me instructions on accessing WiFi and made us coffee. Michael and Jay were both responsive to my questions and request. I some how over looked the name of the facility when I was booking…The building doesn’t appear to visibly have 3 floors but it does, you can’t tell from the driveway. The main entrance is also the entry way that you use to access the space.

First time to visit today, had a great meeting in their large boardroom. They gave me a tour of the floor, walked through the options for office and/or work spaces and I decided to select one of their packages that fits the needs for my small company. Very impressed with the customer service (Michael is great!) and the building style and layout.
