1050sqft Indoor creative workspace with large garage door is good for creative meet-ups, workshops and art jams. There is one 4x8 central worktable that comfortably fits 6 people seated, however, other tables can be set-up to accommodate up to 15 people comfortably in various seated arrangements. The space has a projector and projector screen that pulls down from the ceiling that can be utilized at no additional cost. Outside of the space there is a large paved lot that is over 3000sqft of open space (surrounded by buildings) This space could be used for small gatherings (up to 25 people) such as a bbq, project workday, pop-up shop, or outdoor workshop/class of sorts. There is a propane grill that can be used at no additional cost so long as you provide your own propane. Since the space is a creative workspace there are many tools (saws, sanders, sewing machines, drills, rulers, paper cutters, printers etc), materials (basic office supplies, paints, fabrics, scrap wood etc), and or decor items that could be available for you to use either for free or at a low cost. If you are interested in potentially using any of these things, additional pricing will be determined on a case to case basis! The space and lot are both located within a private fenced in area. Located conveniently near the 8 and 5 freeways, walking distance to trolley station and to various restaurants.

I loved the idea of this space since it was aligned to my purpose of hosting a sewing class. It was a great environment for a creative workshop, and the Host helped to move things around so that they would work well for me. I like that she also had extra sewing machines, because I planned for a large class, but ended up not needing them, but at least they were there so I would be prepared. There was another event happening in the lot for the property, so I would suggest if there's multiple things happening to maybe keep the roll up door closed to make your event uninterrupted. We had a handful of people come in and chat/sit in our class and it was a bit distracting. There's space! I like that we had the space to work and be comfortable in a lounge area. So, there were plenty of tables for workspace. I loved using the space, and I plan to use it again. The host was great to work with and very flexible and accommodating
