We'll hire professional cleaners to do the floors, bathroom, etc., but please put the furniture back prior to departure. We would love to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives. Guests are responsible for the cost of the repairs. Free parking included including covered garage (first come, first serve) or all street parking is free. We are not responsible for any ticketing, so please pay attention to street sweeping signs. There is no other time limit on street parking besides street sweeping days.
