Guests are welcome to bring outside food and drinks. Glassware, plates, utensils etc. must be provided for all outside food. We can provide these items at an additional charge.
Our garden is available for private rental from 8am-12am 7 days a week.
We are a BYOB restaurant. Alcohol may be served but not sold. Employees of the restaurant cannot serve your alcohol.
Well behaved leashed pets are welcome in our garden.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cute and rustic garden space with pebble walkways, wildflowers and and bright, open grassy area (with chickens!) BYOB and grill with your friends, play yards games, or roast marshmallows under the Chicago night sky. Fire pit, Grill/smoker, picnic table, coolers, and yard games available for guest use. Perfect for summer BBQs, birthdays and showers!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

The space.. Amazing! The hosts.. incredibly wonderful and accommodating! My guests loved the venue and the vibe here. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone. The experience was one I will not forget! Thank you again for making my first baby shower everything I hoped it would be!
