A wide array of activities can be accommodated in our wide floor layout. The area can be used in several capacities, to include, but not limited to meeting hall, baby shower, bridal shower, paint & sip parties, art gallery, book signings, birthday parties, church events, christening, pop up shop, photo shoot, family reunion, seminars and workshops and more. The space can also be utilized to host the following classes: Martial Arts, Dance, Yoga or Fitness. Something that is unique to our location is the close proximity to the St. Albans, Long Island Railroad station, as well as the MTA Q4 and Q3 busses. Approximately 70 people can fit seated in our clean and comfortable environment. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a surcharge of $250.00 for parties that exceed their agreed to number of guests as indicated on the Peerspace portal. Rentals 4 hours or more receive a free set-up hour! Our rental times are very strict, all guests and their belongings may not come earlier than the scheduled event time and must be out of the building by the scheduled event time. Additional time may be REQUESTED same day but it is not always guaranteed and if approved it will incur an additional fee so please plan ahead. Not leaving on time incurs a an Overtime fee of $50 + the hourly price.
