About the Space
A wide array of activities can be accommodated in our wide floor layout. The area can be used in several capacities, to include, but not limited to meeting hall, baby shower, bridal shower, paint & sip parties, art gallery, book signings, birthday parties, and more. The space can also be utilized to host the following classes: Martial Arts, Dance, Yoga or Fitness. Something that is unique to our location is the close proximity to the St. Albans, Long Island Railroad station, as well as the MTA Q4 and Q3 busses. Approximately 70 people can fit seated in our clean and comfortable environment.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Would definitely book again. Great space and the chairs and tables were included. The place was great. Had heat and ac. Two bathrooms. Only issue was with Peerspace itself that forced me to buy $125 additional insurance and scanned my face and driver's license for biometric data. The biometric processing company stripe sneakingly tried to get me to donate my biometric data for use outside of verification for this booking. I feel violated by Peerspace and stripe. Next time the should clearly put the insurance charges upfront instead of sending me an email via zendesk saying surprise you have to buy insurance. And stripe should never be allowed to store my biometric data after I'd verification under any circumstance.

Sharon was wonderful - she always responded to my messages very quickly & was a very considerate, professional & kind host. When another person inquired about booking the space, Sharon was kind enough to reach out to me & check if I was still interested since I was first to inquire. The space is beautiful & exactly as it appears in the picture. It is quite spacious & for the price, I think it constitutes as a good deal. The studio was cleared & freshly cleaned for my event. Tables & chairs are provided, along with air conditioning & a speaker system that I was Kindly given access to use. The staff were all polite, professional, & friendly. I am, however, dissatisfied with one aspect which is why I'm unfortunately not giving 5 stars. Although he was extremely polite & professional, the staff representative that was on site was way too attentive - he watched every second of my party & every move we all made the ENTIRE TIME - same feeling you get when you are taking an exam & the test proctor is watching everyone to ensure no cheating. It made my guests feel so uncomfortable. I understand the purpose of having someone on site to make sure the rules are followed (Covid) & no damage is done, but he could've sat at the front desk more & periodically checked on us instead. We kept the space very clean & maintained throughout/after the party, swept & even vacated the premises 30 mins earlier than the time booked. Also did not help us put away tables & chairs. Just watched us do it.

This place was great! I cannot compliment the staff enough. He was so helpful! They had everything we needed. The place was immaculate. The space is in a good area with plenty of parking. They had tables, Chairs, cleanup equipment, recycling bonds and trash bins. I cannot recommend this place enough!
