All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A farmhouse-chic venue, awarded Best Catered Event Space 2019 in North County by San Diego Magazine. Perfect for birthday parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate/executive birthday parties, and anything else you can dream up. We provide everything you need to make your party planning easy. WATCH THIS VIDEO from a 1920's Speakeasy Party https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9g8rsPLnr9Y CATERING: The space is run by th farm-to-table organic catering company Harvest Kitchen.Therefore we have in-house catering with menus and packages that will work for any event. BYOB BAR: We also offer a rare amenity of a BYOB bar, with no corkage fee (for a limited time)! We provide a professional bar tender and wait staff, and can supply mixers & signature drinks. SEATING: CHAIRS INCLUDED! Up to 46 people seated, 60 people cocktail style. Includes beautiful custom oak & cedar wood tables, a built in buffet & appetizer credenza, a 25 foot long live edge slab wood bar, patio space with 2 additional tables with umbrellas, 2 restrooms, and plenty of parking right out front. LATE NIGHT: You can also go LATE if you would like! There is no noise ordinance, and if you want to rock out til 1:30am, you can! PRICING: base rate $240 per hour includes either a venue manager or bartender (if you are serving alcohol). Does not include catering or plates/serviceware if you are bringing in outside catering. If you utilize Harvest Kitchen, all serviceware is included. LOCATION: Conveniently located at the epicenter of Carlsbad, Vista, and San Marcos, the space is minutes away from any one of these cities, and only 15 minutes from Encinitas. There is a new Target store next door too which can be quite convenient. PETS ALLOWED: we love animals! And since our space is totally private and our kitchen space is separated from this room, we allow up to 3 dogs to be in the space at one time. Yes, I would book again.

We used this venue for my mom's 60th birthday dinner. It was beautiful and we received many compliments from our guests. We appreciated the flexibility and loved our bartender Ethan! Already have this venue booked again for my sister's wedding reception dinner!

Yes, I would book again.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays! They had the perfect set up of tables for our training and group exercises. David was there at the beginning to answer any questions and quick to respond to any we had throughout the night. Plenty of parking available, ADA accessible, WiFi included, the ability to control heat/AC and connect to their speaker for music - would recommend it as an awesome place for a group event!

Yes, I would book again.

We hosted our company holiday party here and were delighted with our experience. Absolutely gorgeous space, super friendly and helpful staff. We had Harvest Kitchen provide catering too and everyone commented on how great the food was. Wouldn't hesitate to have another event here -- the space seemed very flexible and was easy to imagine using it for lots of other purposes.

This space is beautiful. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Samantha is a very kind and welcoming host and my wife and I truly appreciated her hospitality. All our guest complimented the venue and all felt very at home.

The space was perfect for hosting my dad’s surprise birthday! Communication with Samantha was great. We had about 30 guests and there was more than enough seating for all of us. Would definitely host here again for another event! Thanks again!
