Create in a fully submerged environment designed for artists by artists. Complete interviews, shoots and creative projects big and small with ease. Some of our past clients and talents include HBO, USAToday, US Congress, Atlantic Records, Nickelodeon and a host of local artists projects. This premiere studio is located on the lower level of StudioPlace and is accessible from the parking lot for easy load in and load out. This is one of the premiere studios on the east cost, featuring a 180 degree green screen, 40 ft cyclorama wall, dedicated warddrobe area and lighting included. It also features an LED overhead lighting systems with unlimited color options, professional interview desks and an integrated sound system. For large shoots, we offer bar service, a full service lounge upstairs with bar, pool table, VIP, game center and televisions. Also on site is a club next door, dance studio and upstairs hookah lounge. Create in a fully submerged environment designed for artists. Inquire about a studio day pass if you would like to shoot additional scenes. Day passes allow you to shoot the entire property with over unlimited production sets. No exceptions. You may move items around as you wish, however please ensure they are returned to its original set up. It covers a majority of the creative activities onsite. Our creative center is in a large area that has several recording, photo and dance studios. LOCATION - We are centrally located off of Beech Road/Stamp Road area in Temple Hills MD ~ a mile north of the MGM National Harbor and Casino. The area is in an industrial area with lots of creative studios and industrial businesses. There are no noise ordinances and area is commonly used for events. All bookings are subject to review and require final approval by the venue. All payments are final and nonrefundable for production requests.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
