This three-bedroom home is situated on a quiet, dead-end street nestled in the Verdugo Mountain foothills. A cute, rustic exterior hides a wide open living space and den that combines modern style with elegant flourishes, including chandeliers and Spanish arches. Perfect for commercial, film, or TV shoots, and can accommodate up to 40 people. The house boasts outdoor patio space, a well-tended lawn, palm trees, Italian cypress, and other native plants, as well as a terraced hillside that affords beautiful views of downtown Los Angeles and the surrounding mountains. We're easily accessible from Routes 2 and 134, with street parking out front, and at the top of the hill behind the house.
House rules: No smoking. No adult filming. No pets. No loud noises. Access to bedrooms is restricted, but can be negotiated on an individual basis.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
