We welcome tours if you would like to check out the space before you book. Please just message us to set up. This versatile event space is the perfect location to host album releases, open mic nights, comedy acts, poetry night, book clubs, private performances, classes, theme parties and so much more. The space has a large stage with a sound system included. There is a backstage green room perfect for your artist to get ready. Located 5 minutes from the Mercedes Benz stadium. The middle space can be empty for dancing or have seating. Space Details: • 3 long benches | fit 4 -5 a piece • 5 round tables • 5 chairs • 2 couches (fits 3-4 people per couch) • 1 high boy table • 3 stools • 1 Restroom • 1 Restroom • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed • Speaker System • 2 Large Flat Screen TV's + Projector (fee applied for use) • Ample Free Street Parking • Street Level Access • Stage Speaker System • Stage Ideal space for: • Birthday Parties • Dancing • Performances • Comedy Shows • Celebrations • Intimate Gatherings • Social Events Week Day Rate: $35 an hour (Monday - Friday) 11am-4pm Week Night Rate: $60 an hour Monday - Thursday 4pm-11:30pm Weekend Rate $85 Friday 4pm - 11:30pm Saturday -6am - 11:30pm Sunday 6am - 11:30pm Late Night Rate: $175 Monday-Sunday 11:30pm-6am Early Morning Rate: $85 Monday - Friday 6am - 11am 10% discount is offered for booking of 8 hours or more. Evening events with more than 35 people will require hired security. Although we allow alcohol to be responsibly served but not sold. We do not have a liquor license. To serve alcohol at evening events you must pay a $150 corkage fee. ***Please note all events on a holiday are chagred at time and a half. ***

~No smoking. There are many outside spaces for that it is allowed. If you or your guest smoke inside the facility there will be a $75 smoking fee added to your booking ~No weapons of any kind. ~Request permission before rearranging the furniture ~The venue must be returned the way it was received. This means throw away your garbage, don't damage the furniture and take all of your belongings with you. ~Please make sure to take all of your items with you when you leave. Any items left after your event are not or respoinisbility. ~There is no additional Load in or break down time. You must book all of the time that you need. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $75, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Thow all garbage away. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. $75 fee will be added if you or your guest smoke inside the facility No glitter or confetti can be used. a $25 will be added if either is used Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules and cancelation information
