About The Space: Our space is a beautiful and comfortable spot centrally located on the Eastside of Los Angeles, and is often sought after for workshops, presentations and events focused around health and wellness. This cheery studio/loft is perfect for trainings, readings, screenings, yoga, dance, play, rehearsals, and sound baths; an all around versatile event venue. Also an ideal environment for offsite business and production meetings. There are no pillars to obstruct wide, long, or tracking shots. We are close to many popular restaurants and bars including- Moon Juice, Same Same Thai, The Thirsty Crow, Silverlake Ramen, Wood Pizza, Osen Izakaya, Black Hogg Market, O'Hana Poke, Café Tropical, Jay's Liquor, just to name a few. PLEASE READ BELOW IN FULL: Parking is generally available 4-5 spots upstairs in open lot and on street metered parking . If you want underground parking, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, we can leave a key card in lock box. The rate is a flat $50 for underground parking in designated spaces. There are between 4-8 spaces depending on time of day. We are not responsible for any damage to cars or for any towing fees if cars are parked in non-GraceFull spaces. There is a height restriction for large cars in the underground lot . If key card is not replaced or keys not replaced in lock box there will be a $100 fee added to the rental . Refer to parking sheet (in pictures). An on site concierge can be available during off hours. Support will be available on site 15 minutes prior to space rental for one hour at a rate of $50/hour if service needed which would include introduction to the space, parking (if applicable) and use of any equipment that we have on site. Each additional hour will be prorated in 15 minute increments . 3) . Use of additional rooms must be included in the original contract. Additional room charge is $25/hour/room, subject to availability. Welcome all sorts of groups!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This was not an organized rental. The key for the entrance is very tricky and I nearly had to get a locksmith to help me into the space. I could not get in touch with Elizabeth until I went down to her office and knocked to get an employee's attention. None of the parking spaces that we were told we could use were easily accessible - they are all underground and necessitate a keycard for entrance, which I was not made aware of. Despite no communication when I needed to get in, Elizabeth then proceeded to come into the space while we were using it, and texted me throughout the night. I would not recommend this rental.

The host was incredibly helpful and very responsive. This was an amazing space for our meeting and everything we needed to keep the creativity flowing was available to us! We will be booking again!
