Seen at Cottage + Sea - www.Instagram.com/cottageandsea Surf cottage perfect for small production photoshoot or lifestyle photoshoots. 1500-square foot home with touches of mid-century modern, bohemian, boho, and Scandinavian, beach and surf décor. The home newly renovated and beautifully furnished. Conveniently located off the 5 Freeway in Encinitas (near Moonlight beach and downtown Encinitas). The spacious living room, dining room and white chef’s kitchen all have natural light. Large beachy boho-inspired bedroom has a queen-size rattan bed with desk office area, and open cottage windows to green garden area. Other guest bedroom has a rattan cane day bed and opens to the back patio with beautiful furniture and fire pit. Guest bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, mid century cabinets, curbless shower was just beautifully remodeled. Homeowner provides lots of additional staging options, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, décor and furniture. Includes 2 parking spots in the driveway plus street parking. The perfect bungalow for photo shoots, filmed interviews, lifestyle shoots, magazine shoots, film shoots, model shoots, product shoots and more! - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is a beautiful space, perfectly curated with colors and textures that translate beautifully for your high end photos. There are multiple choices for both in and outside shots. On the day of our shoot, the owners met us there to give us a tour and also provided us with professional level lighting, if needed.

Absolutely divine! We loved every corner and detail of this space. The design, aesthetic, and overall vibe are everything we could have ever dreamt of for our photoshoot. Will definitely be back again - there's so many little areas and corners to capture content in. Love!

We had a great photoshoot at Nikki and Steve's home- it was perfect for what we needed! They were great hosts while we were there and were communicative beforehand. They even went out of their way to provide some fall decor as I inquired about (so thoughtful!). We will definitely book here again :)

This home is a photo shoot dream! The space has great natural light, especially in the kitchen. Steve and Nikki also provide extra lighting options. We liked the variety of shots we were able to get in each room. We only wish we booked longer than 2 hours! Steve and Nikki are warm, welcoming hosts. They answered all our questions about the space before we even asked. Plus Nikki followed up after the shoot with links to the products we'd admired. I'd book this space again in a heartbeat!

This place was PERFECT for my photo shoot! Every part of the house was so picturesque - exactly what I wanted! We shot new branding photos for my website here and it was great. The hosts were sooo welcoming & helpful - I had lost a pen that was of special significance to me and they took the time to help us find it! Can't recommend this place enough if you have an upcoming photo shoot, and I'm very grateful to the hosts!
