Wanting that artistic feel for your occasion but not sure where to start? Ask us about hiring one of our performers or instructors for your reservation! We have a truly one-of-a-kind showroom kitchen, exquisite tile floor design, stainless steel appliances, and wood cabinetry with a modern finish. Our 408 sq ft full kitchen features an open floor plan design. Comfortably fits 15 people for dancing, meetings, photo and video shoots, seating and a host of other activities! It does have 3 walls and an open 4th wall. A drape and bar can be put in place upon request for privacy. Our regular rate is $40/hr. We have a 20% NON-PEAK discount. The non-peak discount rates are available for any reservation Mon-Thurs ANYTIME (day or night), Fridays before 5pm and Sat & Sun before noon.* There will be a additional $25/hour charge for any event on a holiday. Primarily street parking We have a strict NON-SMOKING/VAPING policy in the Annex building. If you and/or your guest prefer to smoke/vape, please look at reserving our Main building. Parking Our Annex building has 4 parking spaces available, which are to be reserved exclusively for loading/unloading, event organizer, current tentants, staff, and/or special needs guests. All others must plan to Uber/Lyft or use street parking. In addition, resevations over 20 guests in the Annex will require valet or two parking lot attendants (which we can assist with) throughout the event as well. *discount applies to room rate only and is not to be used with any other discount's

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Sunflower Catering loved the space. The hosts kept their word with the condition of the space and it was a very reasonable price. Would definitely utilize again!

The room was described as “open” which means it adjoins another rental space right next to it with NO SEPARATION WALL OR DOOR of any kind. This is fine as long as no one else has rented the adjoining space. As it were, the adjoining space had been rented to a group of about twenty people doing line readings from a script. I don’t know if they were trying out or rehearsing, but they seemed to be performing all of the dramatic, intense scenes from the script, over and over. It was loud. It was horrendous. We could not hear ourselves talk in our own area. And, to get to the bathroom or the exit, you had to walk through THEIR group. And there was apparently something else in the room behind us because people were walking through our little area every five minutes. I even had one person from the line reading group thinking we were trespassing in their area because she thought it was all one room they had reserved. There was no clear delineation between areas. Our meeting was a mess because of this. We have had previous meetings in restaurants and decided to try this venue to cut down on the traffic and noise. In retrospect, the restaurant was an absolute oasis compared to this. Never again. I’m finishing up this review now to look into trying to get a refund. Three word summary: Absolute Shit Show.
