There are different rates based on the type of use of the facility. You may be required to purchase insurance from a 3rd party company listing the facility as an additional insured depending on the type of use (mandatory for event use). You may also be required to provide proof of insurance and event permits from participating vendors. You may also be required to pay for peak electricity use based on the type of use, length of rental and/or number of guests.
A. There is absolutely no smoking, pets or outside alcohol allowed in this space.
B. Professional alcohol service is permitted for social events and parties when contracted with the facility's approved vendor. All alcohol is to be poured and distributed at the Lobby Bar by the hired bar service. The bar will be closed one hour before the end time of the event. Alcohol may not be served to minors. Drunken/Violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premise and possible termination of event without refund. Bar service may be terminated at any time by the bar service company or the event facilities managers and event security staff and may order that alcohol service be discontinued or the event terminated if it is determined that under-aged drinking and/or illegal use of alcohol or other controlled substance use is occurring. If this action must take place, the renter will not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind.
C. In house security will also need to be hired for social events and parties.
D. Stanchions and/or easels must be provided for all required event signage.
E. Signs cannot be hung on the walls inside or outside of any of the building spaces.
F. Decorations, lighting, props, backdrops etc, may only be utilized in areas approved by the venue and the way they are used/displayed/hung must be approved by the venue.
G. All plants/flowers used as decoration must be clean and free of pests.
H. Confetti, glitter, rice, bubbles or fresh loose rose petals are NOT allowed inside the facility.
I. Staples and other penetrating items, as well as tape, may not be used to secure decorations on our wood surfaces.
J. No items may be hung from or attached to lighting fixtures or electrical outlets and switches.
K. Ladders may be used for decorating by the renter. However, the renter may not stand on tables or chairs. The use of ladders is at the renter's own risk.
L. All decorations must be removed without causing damage to the facility. Any damages caused by securing decorations will be billed to the renter.
M. Decorations, linens, rentals and other items provided by the renter must be cleaned up and organized for pick up at the end of the event and removed from the building no later than the morning after the event, otherwise charges may apply for removal and storage of these items. The venue takes no responsibility for securing said items nor is responsible for any damage or loss to said items.
N. The venue is not responsible for checking in, checking out or signing for delivery or pick up of any items brought into or removed from the venue by rental companies hired by the renter. All packing materials and excess materials (such as bubble wrap, boxes, hangers, wrapping paper, etc.) created by the renter's deliveries must be removed and disposed of by the rental companies or the renter. Extra charges may apply if the foregoing terms are not followed.
O. For events with DJ/MUSIC, the last song will be played no later than 15 minutes prior to guest departure.
P. Fog machines are NOT permitted.
Q. Large events with 300 or more attendees must be careful of jumping and large aggressive movements (mosh pits) that could cause damage to the main ballroom floor.
R. Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption are not allowed
S. Use of illegal drugs or other illicit substances is not permitted. Violators will be escorted from the premises.
T. No open flames or candles are permitted anywhere within the facility.
U. The heating of food in chafing dishes by open flame will not exceed two heat sources. Heating devices must be supported by stands, wire or metal. If not mounted under the chafing dish, then the heating device will not sit on wooden tables. Insulation must separate the table and the heating device used.
V. No sparklers, fireworks or pyrotechnics will be allowed in the facility.
W. The venue will be in a clean condition prior to your rental time. The renter is required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. The cleaning fee is in place to cover deeper cleaning and returning the space to the same sanitary condition it was in prior to use. The renter is responsible for collecting all trash, making sure it is properly bagged, and prepared for removal by the contracted cleaning company. The renter takes responsibility for the cleanup of additional vendors in the venue (Photographers, DJ, Caterers, Decorations, Flowers, Bar Service, etc).
X. There is a curfew for social parties and events of 1:00am. This curfew is not in place for Off-site use and Production Use.
