About the Space
This beautiful, natural light loft features a full wall of 12 foot tall industrial windows on the East wall, hardwood floors, 25 foot vaulted ceilings, styled sets, and industrial details. We have designed it with mid-century and minimalistic furniture and neutral tones making it the perfect setting for a productive day. There are 2 full living rooms - one Brooklyn style loft with white brick and another with blue paneled walls and a blue velvet sofa, a Scandinavian farmhouse kitchen, a blogger nook with a green accent wall, a corner portrait wall with beautiful morning shadows, and a large wooden conference table that comfortably seats 12. There are two mezzanine areas for prep/monitoring/green rooms. The entire space measures 3200 square feet. There is also a freight elevator for moving gear. The East Village, San Diego neighborhood is full of coffee shops and restaurants for catering, take-out, and delivery. There are also many good urban scenes around the loft that are perfect for lifestyle shooting.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Where to begin...This space was so great for our shoot we had to really resist the urge to move in permanently. Oh. WOW. There is so much room to work, so many great sections of the space to shoot, and plenty of amenities that go a long way to making your production easier. Not to mention how quick to respond and helpful Kirk, Jess, and their team are. Load in was super easy (access to the freight elevator is a huge plus). 15/10 would definitely book again. We're already dreaming up another project to shoot here.

Really great space. You can get plenty of different looks within one space, great for efficient shooting. The space is big as well which is ideal for social distancing while working. Kirk was great and ultra responsive. Will definitely book this space again.
