About the Space
Gorgeous 13,000 sf third floor warehouse loft flooded with natural daylight. High ceilings. Loading dock with large freight elevator. Ample power and on-site parking. Conveniently located only 20 mins from NYC! Please note that our rates vary depending on the size and scale of each project. Large holding space for cast & crew right nearby. Camera, lighting & grip rental gear available.

It is relatively quiet. You might hear an occasional siren or a truck backing up but we've had crews like ABC's NightLine film interviews all day with little interruption

Equipment loading description
We have an electric conveyor belt for loading in gear. There is an optional large freight elevator for an additional fee because it belongs to a different tenant

All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have 150 amp, 3-phase power. There is an additional 150 amps that can be accessed from the loft next door. You can also put a portable generator outside and run a cable into the loft if needed
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
No smoking allowed in the warehouse
No alcohol allowed in the warehouse
Any stunts or unusual scenes must be pre-approved by the property owner
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
"Zen Space, LLC" and "RJS Corp" should be listed as additionally insured
Furniture and decorations may be moved
You can use all of our furniture and props
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have one small security camera located inside the loft
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
