1200 sq-foot of "Old Skool" space on the third floor of a well-maintained, converted factory building. Brightly light by day or dimmed down with casual lighting for a low key, community vibe. We have a keen view of the NYC skyline directly across the river! Relaxed, casual atmosphere with seating available onsite making it ready & waiting for you to jump in and get down to planning your gig. We can accommodate mid-sized events, workshops, showings, product launches, as well as small birthday parties, get togethers, bridal & wedding showers, engagement parties and even small weddings. We feature, old NYC loft doors for photo shoots of your products, guests or friends. Kitchen space includes a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee/tea makers, and a casual friendly table/seating area. Full vanity with separate dressing room, steamers, ironing boards or can be used as a separate space for small catering needs Building has a loading dock, to bring in decor items and catering supplies, and an unusually large freight elevator to accommodate large items. Restrooms located directly outside the studio doors. Rooftop view on request. We have experience and can help you set up a smashing event, provide tables & linens, gorgeous flowers and a photographer on request & with availability.
