Our newly renovated 6,500 sq ft Pasadena office, with open large patio (formerly El Cholo Mexican Restaurant), offers up to 6 modern cubicles office settings for filming, photo shootings, interviewing. This listing price is only for all 6 cubicles as seem in pictures, if you need less, lower hourly rate may be negoiated. $125/hr rental grants access to: Please note weekend booking is $150/hr • 1 Full kitchen sharing with our office during our office hours or exclusively on weekend bookings • 1 communal unisex restroom with disability access • Additional chairs and tables available for set-up • Parking spaces are available in our private lot on weekend or holidays bookings only. Street parking on weekdays. Limited parking spaces could be negotiated per your need upon availability. Additonal parking fees may be applied based on your custom needs. We always want to do our best for our clients. • On-site manager present to answer any questions prior to event starts and can be reached via phone calls throughout booking. • A minium of 4 hours is required. • Additional cleaning fees may applied based on types of booking. Regular trash should be placed in the bins in the kitchen & the host will take care of the rest. For large amount of trash, must be placed inside a secured large trash bags closed and put into our dumpster located at the back of the building. Please note our cleaning fees is to cover normal cleaning. Additional charges may apply to excessive trash or unreasonable stains left on our furnitures, walls, celings, doors, fridge, mircowave, cabiniets... etc. in our space • Additional security deposits may required depends on booking type • Additional 20%-30% hourly fees may be added to weekend bookings based on booking types, total number of guests of the booking, and booking start and end time Conveniently located near Old Town Pasadena, Art Center & the Pasadena Convention Center. Easily accessible from the 110 & 210 freeways. 15 minutes drive north from downtown Los Angeles, and 15 minutes drive east from Hollywood. Amazing space and perfect for that corporate feel. Bring some extra set dec for the cubicles and the offices but really it’s a perfect space. Nina the host is very responsive and super helpful. I’ll be shooting here again for sure.

This was a great location to shoot in. Even though it is still an active office, the areas we shot in were well siloed off from other people so there was no worry about Covid. There is a ton of outdoor space to work in which is also really good in Covid times. The space is very well thought out and designed with productions in mind with songs everywhere explaining how to use things and what is off limits. There is actual parking on premises. Nina was very good at communicating. It also has a great modern look. Not all of their art is cleared, so come prepared, but that’s only needed in the side offices. Upstairs is very spacious. A big production could really spread out if needed. Book without hesitation.

Nina and the team were a delight to work with! They were so accommodating when it came to our location and tech scouts. Load in and out through their patio was really easy and made for efficient work. The space fulfilled everything we needed and made our lives very easy. The parking lot is a huge bonus! Nina was very helpful and accommodating. The space was very well prepared for us. The whole location had been sanitized. There were signs everywhere giving all the details of how to use the space, get Wifi, etc... I am coming back for more on the same project!
