Lovely 4 bedroom beach house with manicured back yard and deck above the garage. Perfect for a business meeting, retreat, meditation space, yoga on the deck, quilting party, cooking club, film crew... Living area will accommodate 6-7 seated. 4 at the bar which is open to the living area. 6 seats at the dining table. The back yard is open area and there is a deck above the garage that can accommodate 8 and an additional 6 at the table. Daily rate is $250 + cleaning fee for main living area. Bedrooms will be locked off.

Rules
This home does not allow smoking or pets. The owner is highly allergic to dogs and cats so we are unable to allow any animals inside the home. Depending on the function, we can discuss the parameters of consuming alcohol. This is a residential area so no amplified music or party type functions are allowed. Best for wedding dinners, corporate meetings or retreats, groups that are gathering for a comfortable meeting space.

Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
