Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I can't say enough good things about this space. Danny and David were incredible hosts and let me come and check out the space in advance of booking to make sure it fit my needs. I had an early morning international video call and they were kind enough to open the space at 7am to accommodate the time change. The space was super clean, the wifi was super fast and the guys couldn't have been nicer. I really appreciate their hospitality and definitely recommend booking with them.

The space was clean, easy to use, and quiet. They even validated our parking. Great space to use for meetings and corporate retreats. Definitely would book again!

Our Host was superb! He checked on us as we were arriving, the space was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of room for us to stage gear. Dressing area was more than adequate and there was room for actors to get comfortable during down-time. We shot several scenes involving political intrigue and with some costume changes and lighting tweaks we got exactly what we needed. Parking was convenient for loading in and out.

I couldn’t have asked for better service with Danny and his space. They saw to it that myself and everyone we were working with that day was beyond taken care of. They even offered to help lend equipment to the production if needed and for that I’m truly grateful. 2ndNature studios is defintelty setting the bar for what it means to work with like minded inviduals. I for one can’t wait to book another session in the space!
