All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our space is the perfect, economical event space for your next party, celebrations or social gathering. The 1000+ s/f open meeting room boasts an Epson projector and 10 ft screen, DirectTV service, blu-ray and multimedia sharing capability. Speedy, free wifi is available for your data needs. Male/female restrooms are adjacent to the meeting room and a kitchen is available for an additional fee. Space Details - 50 Chairs + 14 rectangular tables + 5 5ft round tables - Projector + Screen - Outside Food & Non-Alcoholic Beverages Allowed - On-site staff - Private Space - 2 Restrooms - Plenty of Free Parking - Free WIFI - Kitchen - Bar Service & Packages available on request. The room can be setup in a number of different configurations for lectures, parties or training sessions and will comfortably seat 30-50 participants with plenty of onsite, free parking. General Rules
Smoking/vaping is not allowed indoors per Plano city ordinance.
No pets, service animals only.
Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.
ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
Depending on notice, we may be able to provide an alcoholic beverage service. Subject to availability.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is $50, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
We recommend you use 3M Command strips for any items/decorations you wish to hang on the walls.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.

Fantastic space and wonderful people! What more can you ask? Lowell and team were very friendly, kind, gracious and helpful. The room was perfect for the size of our group. We had 15 attendees, so we opted for setting the room up like a classroom, with a table for each row of participants. The AV was on point and worked well with both HDMI and Bluetooth sources. Bright enough to leave the lights at 100% if so desired, but the option to lower the lighting was also available. A+++ Definitely will book again!
