About the Space
Unique & elegant 3,000 sf light-filled artist's loft filled with quirky & unusual props. High ceilings, large windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors, beautiful wood beam ceiling. Southern & Eastern exposure. Large parking lot, 150 amp, 3-phase electric, large holding area with, bathrooms, wifi and green room next door. Easy-going owner familiar with the needs of production. Please note that our rates vary depending on the size and scale of each project. Discounted rates available for smaller, low-impact shoots. Please inquire

There is no smoking allowed. No selling alcohol. Any event with amplified music must be pre-approved. LArge scale events may require a special permit
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Certificate naming the property owner as additionally insured

Health and Safety Measures
We devise a custom Covid safety plan in conjunction with the producer of each project
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
