+ Cleaning Standards Minds contracts a professional commer- cial cleaning team that ensures our facil- ity is safe and healthy for members and guests. They are on-site every weekend and Wednesday evening to sanitize and prepare the facility for the following days. The days in between, our day-to-day cleaning team and the Minds staff will im- plement Clorox Healthcare Germicidal Cleaner (EPA Registered disinfectant) to their cleaning protocols; using this prod- uct on all high-risk surface areas: facility door handles, common area and meeting rooms’ fabric and leather furniture, desks, and chairs. CDC approved, faucet disinfec- tant will be used throughout the kitchen, and anti-bacterial cleaner will be used on coffee carafes, water dispensers, remote controls for AV equipment and makers. + Staff Duties Staff members will take their own body temperature upon arrival to the facility with a digital non-touch thermometer to ensure we are “fit for duty.” The staff, just like mem- bers, will wear protective face masks at all times when we’re not at individual work- stations, in addition to cleaning our work- stations and exposed surfaces at the start of a shift, mid-day, and at the end of a shift. We will continue to actively encourage sick employees to stay home until they have been diagnosed and recuperated from any illness.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
