All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This is a salon in the front of the house that can be quickly repurposed as an event space, studio, and meeting location. It has seating (and nice folding chairs) for 50 in the theater-style auditorium. There is also studio-grade Kino-flo lighting and mounted 2 PTZ cameras equipped to live stream events. We have 2 powered 1000 watt speakers, an 8 channel sound board, and ultra fast wifi. On College Ave by some of the best food (and drinks) in California. The front of the house is roughly 22x25, and the back of the house is the same. Each of the 18 outlets are on dedicated circuits too. There is a back office area with desk, space and kitchenette. The place is designed to a T!!!

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
