This sun-filled creative production space/apartment is beautiful and has a rustic cozy feel to it. Great for portrait photography, blogging, lifestyle models and anything production related. White space with beautiful greenery and hanging plants. The bedroom is a sun drenched white space with a cozy modern/rustic feel to it. Sheer curtains give it a beautiful touch and a king size bed with plenty of space for modeling. Has a white vanity for makeup or beauty. Kitchen and bathroom also available for content creating. The whole apartment has beautiful creative touches to it and everything in it is available for creative content.

Wow wow wow! I just found my favorite photoshoot spot. What a gem. I booked this place for a bridal boudoir photoshoot and I cannot say enough good things about it. It’s super aesthetic, clean, private, bright, and fits perfectly for what I needed. The whole place had so much to work with and I was able to get different looks with all the beautiful touches this space has. I’m definitely coming back and booking again. This was by far my favorite place to book on Peerspace. We had the whole place to ourselves. The host, Kim, was awesome too. Great communication, welcoming and very kind!

I booked this space for my apparel brand’s photoshoot and the pictures have come out absolutely stunning! Kim and her husband have been extremely helpful during this entire process! They were responsive and very warming the day of the shoot. The place was stupendous and the decor is absolutely stunning. This space was absolutely gorgeous! Kim definitely spent a lot of time and effort setting it up! There's a staircase up to it, but it was super easy to access! She stayed for our time there doing her own work but she kept to herself and was very welcoming, offering us water and answering any questions! I would 10/10 recommend!
