PROFESSIONAL PRIVATE RECORDING STUDIO • Conveniently located off the 134 and 2 Highways, within 1 block walking of many restaurants • Unique features include garden setting, perfect for a beautiful backdrop or inspiring creative time • 400sq ft Studio comfortably seats 5 in Control Room (2 DURING COVID IN CONTROL, 1 IN ISOLATION, 3 IN-STUDIO TOTAL) + Performers in Isolation Room • 500sq feet of Outdoor patio space includes a sitting area that comfortably seats 5-6 and a separate outdoor table that seats 6 (max 10 with standing for parties). There is an additional 600sq ft front garden with lush vegetation and additional sitting areas. 4 OPTIONS FOR RENTAL - Available 11am-7pm (negotiable times if it's for a party), 7 days/week: 1) Recording Studio (11'x16' Control and 11'x12' Isolation Room) and Outdoor patio area (14'x35') for Interview taping, Photography backdrop, Video shoot, CD release parties, etc. @ $100/hr (3hr minimum) 2) For Bedroom Producers who need a space to impress clients in - Bring your laptop (and interface if necessary) and plug in to Studio Monitors...Record Vocals and VoiceOver in the Professionally constructed, dead quiet Isolation Room...plenty of room for hosting your clients -- using your own rig! No professional studio experience required...We'll get you plugged in the setup - no worries. $100/hr (3hr minimum) - does not include engineer. 3) Professional Producers and Engineers looking to independently use the full capabilities of the studio with Pro Tools HDX Ultimate and all of the studio's outboard gear and microphones. Live drums, piano, guitar and vocal tracking. Mandatory in-studio interview screening for this option prior to booking. $100/hr (3hr minimum) - does not include engineer. 4) Need an engineer? Studio owner is a Grammy Voting member and world class engineer. $100/hr (2hr minimum). - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
