FOOD AND BAR *In-House Food & Beverage Catering Provided by Alchemy Catering We provide proposals for our in-house Catering partner, Alchemy Catering (by Local Bay Area Chef Tim Luym). Please message host your food (eg. boxed lunch, buffet, appetizers etc.) and beverage needs. Outside caterers are welcomed. Additional terms and conditions apply. Outside caterers must provide proof of insurance, remove all trash brought on-site, sweep floors, and wipe down counter-tops. Additional fees will apply if venue is left dirty. ADDITIONAL TRASH FEE A cleaning fee is included in all full-day rentals. An additional $350 fee will apply for excessive trash removal at Host's discretion. Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid this fee. LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT Included in booking rate. Please coordinate with the facility manager for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the event. An additional fee per day will apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking. RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed. INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured. IMPORTANT: Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Thank you. CANCELLATIONS: Please follow Peerspace's cancellation and overtime policies.
Ages 21 and older
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
