All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Modern enclosed outdoor patio great for birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, retail popups, or movie screenings. Can fit 40-50 people comfortably. The patio is attached to a cafe so you will have access to all of their amenities as well. We are located just north of Pasadena at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains.

Yes, I would book again.
I hosted a birthday party for 30 people. The event space worked wonderfully! I received so many compliments from my guests. The patio was the perfect size - large enough to have enough room, but small enough to be intimate. We brought in a taco stand even, which fit perfectly. We were able to park in the driveway directly in front of the patio's gate door, which was extremely convenient for unloading and loading the car. The patio is beautiful at baseline and even though I brought in a balloon arch and floral arrangements, additional decor is not necessary. The furniture is light, and easy to arrange to your preference. The restroom was clean and well maintained. The staff member, Kat, who was present for the event, was helpful and easy to work with. Leading up to the event, Avelene was prompt to response to all my messages and questions, even a mere couple hours before my rental time was to start. I would 100% rent this event space again.

We absolutely loved our experience with Cafe de Leche. The space itself is beautiful and perfect for hosting parties (we hosted a wedding shower for about 25 people). All of our guests loved the space as well. The Cafe de Leche staff were all wonderful to work with, from start to finish. Avelene answered all of my questions promptly, and the two owners of the cafe were helpful, accommodating, and so sweet throughout the evening. Definitely recommend this space, and am so appreciative of the staff and owners for being so awesome.
