About the Space
Studio is located in a section of an 1850s industrial building and still contains authentic industrial-age touches. Situated in Elizabeth NJ very near Newark International Airport and Jersey Gardens Mall. It has a funky industrial feeling with large, west-facing windows that give abundant afternoon light as well as a variety of professionally created backdrops. It can't be everything to everybody, but this studio is a unique combination of studio and location for conventional and exceptional images. It is roughly 2500 square feet of open space with West facing windows that give abundant afternoon daylight. Riveted iron columns, painted wood floors, basic cyclorama wall. All aspects of the studio have rough textures and authentic imperfections creating a unique backgrounds. Access is limited to Monday-Fridays during typical business hours (8:00am-6:00pm) only. Rentals include basic grip equipment: 4 C-Stands 2 Riser stands Auto-Poles (specific placement only) and cross bars Set cart with clamps Extension cords 2 Sand bags White, Black and Silver cards and V-flats for reflection Studio furniture can be moved in various configurations and subject to change. Limited Profoto Strobe equipment, Pocket Wizard triggers, tripods/heads, wind-machine/fan and lighting modifiers available for rental. Several professionally painted canvas and muslin backdrops available for daily rental. Contact in advance for complete description, pricing and availability.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Awesome experience! Dan and Eric were super helpful and responsive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The space is really killer too, ended up using only natural light for our shoot. Such a great vibe. Would def book again!
