Our space operates as a shared community space so we expect that all those who wish to use our space adhere to basic community rules. The facility is smoke-free and pet free (sorry I love the fur babies too but city regulations do not permit animals in food establishments BLAH). We expect that all persons entering our facility will treat the space with the utmost care, ensuring that all equipment is used carefully as directed & that all in-house equipment items remain on the premises. And while we know any good party warrants a good level of noise to make it poppin', we ask that you be respectful of the neighborhood and use good judgment when playing music through an amplified system. All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and basic clean up time. Just to drive the point home on some of the basics: - No smoking. - No loud music after 11pm. - Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request. - Be respectful of the space and be careful not to cause damage - Cleaning fee covers sweeping, mopping, trash removal & bathroom cleaning. Guests will need to clean their dishes and wipe down tables. - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
