OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is $100, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in or additional cleaning fees may apply. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. All recycling and trash removal must be done by the renter. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear down time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. No glitter or confetti can be used. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS Absolutely No Smoking and No illicit drugs or pets allowed in the space or on the property, including outdoor deck space. Renter is solely responsible for the actions or any damage done by his/her staff, vendors, and guests at all times. Reservations will require at least one person be present in the main lobby to check in your guests, and direct them to the space. The space is located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents around the space. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Room capacity is 90 persons. Renter agrees to at no time exceed the NUMBER OF PERSONS occupancy limit. Reservations with 50+ guests will require hired security. The music volume, conversation, and other noise must be reasonable and comply with Seattle City ordinance. Renter agrees to pay any fines which result from violations caused by patrons, guests, vendors, or staff. The Renter assumes responsibility for attaining the proper permits, if any, to legally hold the event. Before any event is approved, a member of the Helios team will be reaching out to you for event specifics. Please be ready to share additional information for your event. ** No public or promoted events. ** We reserve the right to enter the space at any time. FOOD & BEVERAGE We allow food and beverage in the space and recommend you connect with Peerspace Concierge Team to organize your order for the day. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. A banquet license is required for open-pour drinks; it can be obtained online for $11/day through the Washington State Liquor Board.
